How to redeem your activity gift voucher...

If you were a lucky recipient of a National White Water Centre gift voucher for Christmas, we can help you get that voucher booked to make the most of that thoughtful and exhilarating present. Simply follow the steps below and you'll be on the way to your next adventure...

1. Know your voucher code

Firstly, you'll need to have your voucher code to hand. This is the 6 digit code which can be found on the bottom right hand corner of your evoucher or gift voucher.

2. Redeem your voucher online

Visit http://bookeo.com/nwwc_bookings/voucher and input your voucher code to find out available dates and times for your gifted activity.

If at this stage there is an error or no dates are scheduled for your activity, please email us at info@nationalwhitewatercentre.co.uk or call us on 01678 521083.

This is because your voucher was issued before our activity changes in line with coronavirus restrictions. Give us a call and we will redeem your voucher for you and send your email confirmation.

3. Choose a date and time

Use the calendar to select your preferred date and time. This page has all the important information about your activity so make sure you've read everything in the tabs about the activity requirements.

If you want to book for more people than your voucher covers, you'll need to proceed with booking only the voucher and then 'Add another booking' before you checkout (see next step).

4. Add another booking or checkout!

This is where you can add more people onto the booking if you want to, or checkout and complete your booking.

5. Congratulations! Your booking is confirmed.

That's it - now you can sit back, relax and get excited for your activity! Please be sure to check for your confirmation email and thoroughly read the terms and conditions to make sure you know what to expect and what to bring with you for your activity.
