REC 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course

Our popular REC 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course is a comprehensive 2-day programme specifically designed to equip you with a systematic way of managing first aid for casualties in outdoor and remote environments. This practical outdoor first aid qualification is highly regarded across various outdoor sports and activities, including paddling, climbing, hiking, and mountaineering.


  • Course Content: Covers vital topics such as incident management, CPR, bleeding, shock, fractures, environmental illnesses (hypothermia, heatstroke), and remote emergency procedures.
  • Price: £175 per person
  • Minimum Age: 16 years (please contact us directly to discuss bookings for individuals under 18)
  • Duration: 2 full days
  • Validity: This accredited first aid certificate is valid for 3 years, fulfilling many NGB first aid requirements.

Our 3-day First Aid at Work course is a comprehensive qualification designed to meet the requirements for workplace first aid in various professional settings. This course focuses on workplace health and safety regulations and provides in-depth skills for managing first aid incidents in a working environment. Please note, this is not a REC course.
